As a full-time practicing clinician who lives this life day-in and day-out to understand the PAIN-POINTS and OPPORTUNITIES in the healthcare community, with his unique approach is determined to disrupt the industry with Sassy solutions. With his SaaS+ solutions providing software solutions and back-end office support via business process management (BPM), he is on his mission to streamline the healthcare industry that elevates healthcare delivery. Dr. V is a highly skilled and reputed clinician who has been practicing as a Dental Specialist and a Board Certified Periodontal Surgeon for the last three decades with experience in dentistry, periodontology, dental implantology and oral & maxillofacial surgery.
Dr. Vadivel holds a Master’s Degree in Periodontology from the University of Minnesota and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and Scotland. Prior to completing his Dental Implant and Periodontal Surgery program at the University of Minnesota, Dr. Vadivel underwent Oral Surgery specialty training in the United Kingdom through the Royal College of Surgeons in England and Scotland.
Dr. Vadivel is married to Sudha, who is a Software Engineer by profession, and helps him with his practice’s administration and management when she is not spending time with their kids. As a software engineer and her unique vision for analyzing the statistics, Sudha brings value to the organization as the right hand for anything and everything he does. The couple has a daughter Sasha and a son Krish that are teenagers. With the enjoyment the couple have in what they do and with the entrepreneurial spirit in the family with both Dr. V and Sudha master minding the innovation they want to bring to the healthcare community, a lot of times it turns into a casual dinner table conversation to inspire the kiddos as well as to get some inspiration from the kiddos that may spark an idea for an innovation Dr. V or Sudha may not have thought of it.
In his spare time, Dr. Vadivel enjoys traveling with his family, enjoying a media room movie night with ice cream, and watching professional basketball and hockey. He is also the founding president of the Dallas Indian-American Dental Association, a local dental non-profit to support dentists of Indian-American origin.
To stay current in his specialized field, Dr. Vadivel actively engages in and takes a leading role in attending various forms of professional development, including continuing education sessions, workshops, symposia, and meetings. This dedicated commitment enables him to stay well-informed about the most recent advancements and innovative techniques in dentistry.
